About Us

With over 56 years in the coin business, we specialize in coin identification and appraisals. We offer estate, antique/collectible, and jewelry identification and appraisals as well as jewelry repair services. We can Service all jewelry types including gold, silver, platinum, pearls, and some costume jewelry. Jewelry repair services range form cleanings to full restoration. We are life we members of the American Numismatic Association (Number 867) as well as members of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors since 1973. We carry a full line of coins, currency, stamps, jewelry, and collecting supplies.

The legend himself Mr Arthur Knight at Knight Coin located in Hobart Indiana. After seeing his shop being featured on YouTube (T the Silver Stacker) I've decided to make the journey from Chicago to visit his shop in an old bank retail space. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was blessed to have been helped by Arthur himself. Very knowledgeable in the history of all things numismatic. Picked up a couple of items including some vintage gold and a vintage grease bar from the 1970s. The pricing was very reasonable as he will look the price up online along side you and discount it by a certain percentage. To be fair they need to make a profit. The shop is a treasure trove of goodies and part museum. Lots of history in that small retail space. Highly suggest to call before visiting especially if you are looking for something specific or selling a lot of items. Be patient with the staff as they are detailed and meticulous with their work. I went to a large local coin show that day and ended up with nothing, but the trip to Knight Coin more than made up for it. Happy Hunting fellow knights!!
